08 — Terms & Policies

EGYPT LATIN FESTIVAL 2026 — TERMS & POLICIES

1) PAYMENT
- Booking is confirmed only after payment (full or deposit).
- The remaining balance must be paid before the announced deadline.
- Prices may change until payment is completed.

2) CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
- Room reservations are non-refundable.
- Ticket transfers are allowed only with prior approval from the organizer.

3) EVENT CHANGES
- The organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule or artist lineup if needed.
- No refunds are issued for such changes.
- Force majeure conditions may apply.

4) ACCOMMODATION
- Rooms are assigned based on availability.
- Specific roommates cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in advance.
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

5) TRANSPORTATION
- Participants must follow the schedules set by the organizer.
- No refunds for missed or cancelled transportation.
- The organizer is not responsible for delays beyond its control.

6) CODE OF CONDUCT
- Respectful behavior is mandatory at all times.
- Zero tolerance for any form of harassment.
- Consent is required in all dance interactions.
- Violations may result in removal from the festival without refund.

7) MEDIA CONSENT
- Participants agree to be photographed and filmed for promotional use.

8) LIABILITY
- Participation is at your own risk.
- The organizer is not responsible for injuries, loss, or theft of personal belongings.

9) TICKET POLICY
- Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by the organizer.
- Wristbands must be worn at all times during the festival.
